• Licensed lead inspector/risk assessor

• MN dot certifications including bituminous street, grading and base, concrete, and aggregate production.

• ITA training certified

• Member of North Metro Board of Realtors

• 15 plus years experience in various areas of the construction trade

• 5 plus years doing both commercial and residential inspections

• Many years of both contracting and managing various construction projects
